InterviewBot Ltd ("InterviewBot", "we") provides online services through which individuals seeking employment can efficiently and effectively practise their interviewing technique, downloading pre-recorded interview questions and/or simulating a live interview online.
Please read these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy carefully before using any of the InterviewBot Services. By visiting the website, installing any of the apps, and/or using any of the InterviewBot Services, you are affirming your agreement to these Terms of Service.
InterviewBot reserves the right to alter, amend, change, waive, or remove any term contained within its Terms of Service at any time without the need to notify its users.
InterviewBot captures minimal personal data (data which can identify an individual) primarily in the form of names and email addresses. No interviews are recorded or stored on the system. No data is processed overseas. InterviewBot does not and never will sell any customer personal data to a third party.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Services are available on a continuous basis, we cannot promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected promptly, or that the site is free from viruses or other harmful components at any time.
InterviewBot provides InterviewBot Services through its apps and website. You acknowledge that when you download any material or click on any link provided by InterviewBot, you do so at your own discretion and your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or any other device or loss of data that results from your access to our site and downloading any such material or clicking on such links.
InterviewBot users are expressly prohibited from copying video interview material, sharing it with others, or passing it off as their own creation.
While InterviewBot will endeavour to provide the most appropriate questions for candidates to practise on, we cannot guarantee that these questions are the ones to be used in any interview you will subsequent take part in.
You acknowledge and agree that InterviewBot has not and will not provide you with any legal or career advice.
InterviewBot undertakes to delete your personal data within twelve months of your registering. You may however request deletion of your personal data at any time at your discretion.
If for whatever reason InterviewBot is unable to provide the pre-recorded video interview materials or these fail to function, we will refund the candidate's fee in full to the account or card from which the initial payment was made. No refunds will be made in respect of correctly functioning content already provided.
InterviewBot retains all copyrights to content held on its site which users may download. No part of the site, services or content may be copied, reproduced, publicly displayed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
The InterviewBot trademark is the exclusive property of InterviewBot Ltd. You agree to not use InterviewBot trademark.
You agree that InterviewBot will not be responsible or liable to you or to any third party for any damages arising in connection with InterviewBot services. You agree that the maximum extent of damages that InterviewBot will be liable to you for shall not exceed the total of payments you paid to InterviewBot. If you are dissatisfied with the InterviewBot services, your sole remedy is to cease using the InterviewBot Services.
These Terms of Service are construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
No InterviewBot employee, agent or representative is entitled to waive any term of these Terms of Service or any other InterviewBot agreement or policy.
